Project Date: April 2018 I have never used a staging company before but I certainly picked the right one! Our house went on the market on March 23rd and we closed on April 26th. Everyone who toured the house remarked on the beautiful staging. Realtors consistently asked who we used and complimented our choice. Our house ranked in the Top 3 most viewed properties on Zillow for the entire time it appeared there. In addition to the high praise and compliments for the look, the process was super easy too. Jeff came to the house on a Thursday to look at it and craft his design, the stagers showed up the following Monday morning with everything. They were done when I got home from work on Monday. Tuesday the photographer took photos and that was it! Once we had a closing scheduled, they showed up on time and removed everything quickly and easily. Out of everything we did for this house, working with Home Staging Pros was the easiest, best decision we made!

Project Date: December 2017 We had moved out of our home a couple of weeks after listing it. We continued to get a lot of showings, but when the house was vacant we could tell it just wasn't showing near as well. After a couple of months without an offer (and paying 2 mortgages) we decided to invest in staging the house. After meeting with a few highly rated staging companies we chose to work with Home Staging Pros. They had us all set up within a few days. A couple of weeks later we had 3 offers and are now under contract. Brad was easy to work with and has a great eye for interior design. The buyer of our home actually purchased half of the furniture that was staged from Home Staging Pros, so we had a great experience and I have already recommended this company to others.

Project Date: September 2017 They were absolutely AMAZING!! They transformed our house from an empty space into a beautifully decorated model home that anyone could see themselves living in.
