Jeff Geoghan is Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Realty of Greater Philadelphia & Central Pennsylvania, part of the largest family of brokerages in Pennsylvania and the United States as NRT LLC.  A veteran Realtor and businessperson, Geoghan holds his MBA in Management and a Marketing degree from the Pennsylvania State University.  Prior to his Real Estate career, Geoghan worked for Fortune 50 companies on both coasts of the U.S., most recently serving Southern California and the Southwest for one of the nations’s largest retailers.  Beginning in 2004, he made a name in the Central PA Real Estate market with his technological and photographic approaches to personal and property marketing, and was hired by Coldwell Banker to their management team in 2012. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's business footprint encompasses all of Central Pennsylvania including the Reading, Lancaster, York and Harrisburg metro Real Estate markets. 

During the first decade of the new century Jeff Geoghan built a real estate business grounded in 10 years of Fortune 100 experience and focused on emerging internet-based networking opportunities.  He successfully weaved organic search techniques and his natural outgoing personality into a visible presence in the Central Pennsylvania market.  Through creative writing & photo content, obsessive SEO attentions and massive video content he mastered the on-the-ground marketing techniques available to real estate agents.  Along the way he's produced over a hundred video episodes and a thousand blog articles. 2012 he joined the senior leadership at Coldwell Banker Select Professionals., where he drove the company’s creative efforts and implemented innovative marketing campaigns.  In October 2014 the brokerage joined Anywhere Advisors, the nation's largest Real Estate brokerage.

In his role as agent trainer and coach for Coldwell Banker Realty, Geoghan pours into the professional lives of hundreds of the Philadelphia region’s top Real Estate agents and teams every week.  He is a certified Continuing Education Instructor in the state of PA and teaches classes and hands-on sessions of all sizes on virtually any topic relevant to Real Estate marketing.  He is passionate about helping agents develop long-term strategies to grow their business and particularly enjoys long “whiteboard sessions” with agents or teams where creative juices are flowing… Geoghan has developed innovative corporate marketing campaigns to empower his agents via social media, press releases and broad market advertising.

Jeff's blogs and articles have been nationally-featured and he has been published in local & regional newspapers, in the Wall Street Journal and on Television spots.  He is also the long-time real estate blogger for the Central Penn Business Journal, a leading regional publication.

Jeff relocated to Central Pennsylvania after ten years in Southern California and being raised on Long Island, New York.  A resident of East Petersburg in Lancaster County, where he lives with his family and served as Mayor for eight years, Jeff enjoys high-performance sport motorcycles and scuba diving when he’s not researching the latest Real Estate trends.
