Licensed in the great Commonwealt of Virginia December 1980, I have worked my career FULL-TIME since joining the National Association of REALTORS and becoming a REALTOR.  After 15.5 years with Coldwell Banker-Forehand & Company in Lynchburg, I became a Sales Associate with RE/MAX 1st Olympic, REALTORS as a 100% agent. I was inducted into RE/MAX'S Prestigios Club, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame! February 14, 2010, I became associated with Century 21 ALL-SERVICE the #1 real estate company in the Metropolitan Area of Lynchburg, VA.. Being a member of the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS, I have served on its Board of Directors; and the following committees: Multiple Listing Service; Professional Standards; Grievance;and Marketing.  The Association honored me with the coveted CODE of Ethics Award and, also, the Sales Associate of the Year Award.  In 1985 I earned my GRI designation from the REALTOR Institute at the University of Virginia.  I don't shy away from a challenge and have been a top producer since 1980 receiving many performance awards.  I cherish the REPEAT business I receive; the REFERRALS from my former clients, their families, friends, and local professionals that refer clients to me. After my God & Family, REAL ESTATE is my life and I have always professed that "The Golden Rule Must Apply!" I have earned my: ABR, CDPE, CRS, GRI, SRES, SFR  My Cats Fletcher & Chipper love sitting on my Home Office Desk while I call and/or E-Mail my clients!  The joy of my life is my family: Al, my husband, Susan & William my children, Nicki, her husband Ryan and her three: Cole 5, Wyatt 3, and Miss Lillian Grace 1 in 2015; Sarah & Jacob are Marines in Japan; Emily JEAN working for Apple in Nashville, did a commercial with Brad Pailsey, sang at Blue Bird Cafe, writes music daily, photographs Weddings and Families; Willow is a Jr in High School and hopes to be a Marine Biologist...loves whale watching!  I so enjoy reading my B&N Nook, playing Spades & Gin Rummy on my iPad...and if I ever find the time again, I'll do more knitting!
