As a Certified Interior Advisor, my goal is to help you show your home in its best possible light to maximize your earning potential. From the moment that a potential buyer drives up to your home they are trying to envision themselves living in your home. Before the first buyer walks in your door, I will give you suggestions on how to set the stage. I will inspect your house with the eye of a buyer - what works, what doesn't work. As a part of my initial consultation, I will help you identify key areas of your home and make recommendations that can easily be made to help promote the sale. You only get one chance to make a first impression!

I stage homes mainly in Southern NH and Northern MA, including Windham, Londonderry, Salem, Hampstead, Atkinson, Derry, Hudson, and Nashua.  In Northern MA I work in Reading, Wakefield, North Reading, Wilmington, Andover, Methuean and Haverhill.  In addition to these areas I am available for consultations in other areas of NH and MA.  If you are outside of my areas, I will be able to refer you to another New England Home Staging Certified Interior Advisor.

I have a Bachelors degree from University of NH and a Masters Degree from Lesley University. I started my design career as a Graphic Designer for a major beverage company.  While working, I continued to grow my design experience at the Boston School of Art. I then went to work for an international Management Consulting Company, dividing my time abroad in Cambridge UK with time spent in Menlo Park, CA and Cambridge MA. I spent three years working in Design Studio for Pottery Barn, where I worked closely with clients to redesign or create a vision for their interior.

During my three years with New England Home Staging I have helped hundreds of homeowners stage and sell their home faster and for more money.  When you're looking for a Home Stager it is important to look at the numbers and at New England Home Staging we have a proven track record.  In addition to the success I've had with helping Real Estate Investors, Homeowners and Real Estate Agents with Staging their properties, my personal achievements include owning and selling several homes. One of these homes, in Wakefield MA, required a complete renovation and resulted in a 125% profit.  In an effort to give back to the community, I have also committed a significant amount of time spearheading a non-profit group in Windham, NH.  I led the design and development of a $175K fully handicap accessible playground.
