My name is Jules Yates and I run a well trained, very successful sales team at Re/Max Bayshore in Traverse City, Michigan. I bring more than 32 years full-time experience to the team. After 17 years as an independent broker, I joined a national franchise in 2007.
As the son of a real estate developer, I grew up in the business and have worked all over the state of Michigan. With a particular specialty in residential, new construction and vacant land, I am capable of helping buyers find the right property for whatever need you have.

1. Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) Designation.
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. CRS® Designees are experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling and meet rigorous production requirements.
2. Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation.
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
3. Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification
REALTORS® specializing in the resort and second-home market. The certification is education-based and REALTORS® gain valuable knowledge to facilitate the buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.
4. The GREEN Certification
NAR's Green Designation provides advanced training in green building and sustainable business practices so that you can seek out, understand, and market properties with green features.
5. The Short Sale and Forclosure Resource (SFR) Certification.
Designed for real estate professionals at all experience levels, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, or SFR for short, gives me a framework for understanding how to:

6. EPRO Certification
REALTORS® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.
7. Pricing Strategy Advisor Certified (PSA)
The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.
8. Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
