| My husband and I could not be happier with Joe as our realtor. Joe is industrious, reliable, and patient. All important qualities needed when working with a realtor. He has gone above and beyond for us. We had a unique home buying situation and Joe was more than happy to embark on this journey with us. Joe was always readily available to answer any and all questions, and always gave us his honest opinion. Since purchasing and moving into our home we had an issue with debris on our property that was not disclosed by the seller. Even though there was no longer a contract between us I contacted Joe and he immediately contacted the seller and got everything straightened out. When the clean up crew arrived, so did Joe. He helped with the removal of the debris along with the seller and my husband. I don't know any other realtors who would do this! Not only is Joe an amazing realtor that we would recommend to everyone, we also consider him a friend. |

| This was my first experience buying a house and working with a realtor. All in all it was a great experience. Joe was reliable and was always available to me. I started working with Joe in Dec found my house I bought in the beginning of Jan and closed on the house in the beginning of Feb. Joe walked me through the entire process and would check in with me regularly through the closing process. Joe was on top of every task needed to close on a house. And to top it all he was always honest (that’s hard to find!) It was a great experience working with Joe. |
