I am a Full Service Real Estate Agent, currently working in all aspects of real estate. I handle all aspects of Commercial, Residential, and Investment real estate, including sales, purchases, leasing and tenant representation. I am a member of the Mile High Exchangers and several exchange groups. These organizations promote Client Counseling based real estate services, including trades and exchanges of commercial, residential, and investment properties. This High Touch, Client Focused is unique in this industry. I am currently working towards a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Virtual Tour - I shoot these personally, so if you change something we can edit the tour immediately. Dedicated Website - www.123YourStreet.com pointing to information on your home, photos, virtual tour, maps, etc. Toll-free telephone information line - Folks driving by can call for more information on the home. Call Capture means that I will be notified of a call immediately, and I will call them back, usually while they are still sitting in front of your home. Posting to dozens of real estate websites - All of my listings are syndicated to all the top real estate websites, including Zillow, Truilia, Yahoo, Vast, Oodle, AOL, Kijiji, Hotpads, etc. All listings are 'Featured Listings' on Realtor.com, giving them top exposure. Heavy Exposure on local Craigslist - This is becoming THE place for classified ads of all types, especially for people moving to a new area. And all postings point back to your Dedicated Website. Jim is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and aside from school, has lived in the Rocky Mountain region all his life. He has been in Colorado for 19 years.
Prior to a career in Real Estate, he worked for 20 years as a Research Engineer specializing in advanced materials. His degrees include a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has written over 20 technical articles, papers, and conference presentations, and was awarded a patent for a new ceramic material which he developed.
Jim’s hobbies include skiing and homebrewing beer. He is a licensed glider pilot, and certified scuba diver. He has always been involved in volunteer activities such as Scouting, Odyssey of the Mind, and Youth Hockey. He recently served on the Board of Trustees for the Boulder County Mental Health Foundation. Jim is currently a volunteer at Copper Mountain ski resort.
Jim migrated to the Real Estate profession full time after having been very active in the business his whole life. He owns and manage a number of residential and commercial investment properties.
