My name is Jay Houck, and I am a local realtor in the San Bernardino mountains. I have lived here since 1978, with the exception of a couple years. I have been married for almost 19 years, and we have raised our son in this community. My wife and I work as a team. 

I work with buyers and sellers. I have sold many properties through the years. I continue to follow the trend of the market. I work with banks, sellers and buyers.

I also serve in the community at our local church as a youth pastor, and have been there for almost 10 years.
