| I do not give out 5-Star ratings easily, or cavalierly....so understand that Jason Maddox is truly as good as this rating. I felt like he was my partner in this home sale. He made suggestions all through the process, to maximize my gain. He was quick with responses, available, and honest. Also, he brought in associate professionals with added input, as well as connecting me with someone ( at no charge ) to give me guidance about the Capital Gains side of my sale. I can see no down side in recommending him for Real Estate help, of any kind. Five Stars |

| Jason helped us close on our first home. As a first time buyer, the process can be overwhelming. Jason was always available to answer questions and guide us throughout the process. We also had a very long two and half year search in a tough market. Desperation set in and at one point we were willing to take any home we could get into, even though it was not everything that we wanted. Jason was never a pushy or aggressive salesman. He encouraged us to NOT make a terrible mistake and buy a house out of desperation and the right property would come along. If you are looking for an honest, informed agent, I highly recommend Jason. |

| I needed to sell my home in Hercules and wanted to pick a good local realtor and since Jason Maddox was the highest rated realtor on Yelp I contacted him. Jason is very attentive and accommodating and he designed facilitated and coordinated repairs and improvements on our home at low costs, to prepare it for sale. He also had our home staged and conducted the most professional open house I have seen in the Hercules area with his sister. Every time I contacted Jason with a question or concern he had already resolved the issue. I learned towards the end of the process that he systematically addressed all of the problems that had arisen and only involved us in that process when he was required to so that we would not have to worry about all of the unplanned things that occur during the sale of a home. After only one open house we had multiple offers and our home sold for over $30,000 over the asking price. I would recommend Jason as a realtor. |

| Jason is an amazing agent and person. He was born to deal with Real Estate. I liked him the moment I met him; his enthusiasm is infectious. A dilapidated duplex that should've spent months on the market sold within days and closed within a month. You can be certain I'll use him again when I sell my home AND when I buy a new one. | We just closed on a rental property and Jason was a delight to work with thru the whole process. The sale was a bit more challenging than I had hoped it would be & Jason kept my spirits up. He has a super cool, no pressure, approachable attitude & really loves real estate. Although my house finally closed, I feel like I can reach out and ask Jason a question at any time and he'll happily share info with me. |

| Jason was a great asset when buying my first home. He was patient, knowledgeable and respectful. He never pressured me into liking a home and went out of his way to be available. He even looked into areas outside of his normal domain when I asked him to. And when we needed to close in 21 days, Jason went out of his way to make it happen - guiding me through the process, working diligently with the seller's agent and helping me to find inspectors, etc. I am very pleased that I worked with Jason. |

| I found Jason Maddox via Yelp when I was looking into property in the Contra Costa County area and I live about 40 miles from the properties I'm looking for. I noticed he had 5 stars from Yelp so I chose to use his services. I contacted Jason a few days before his vacation and he worked until the last minute to search for a home for me along with his assistant Jamie. He is very accessible since he is currently on vacation and still sending me updates. He is the modern age realtor who can communicate through text, uses docusign for offers, and has a youthful cool demeanor combined with the professionalism of a seasoned real estate veteran. He is always positive and upbeat which is vital in the competitive real estate market. Anyone might look at him and see him as a young realtor since to me he looks like he's only 28 years old, but give him time to speak and see him work and you will know he's good. I still haven't found a home yet and may end up waiting until Spring when there will be more homes for sale, but I will definitely keep looking casually and using Jason's services. The market has low supply and high demand especially cash buyers on the market. |

| Jason did a phenomenal job getting us our new home. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always accessible. We had some issues with our lender, who we had chosen. Jason stepped in and handled the issues with us. He explained all the steps of the purchase process and even got us a second opinion from his finance staff. We did quite a bit of searching in the Pleasanton/Livermore area. We finally bought a home in the vineyard area of Livermore. He went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale and got us the house of our dreams at a great price. The house appraised for well over our purchase price also. | Jason Maddox, of Maddox Real Estate, is a first-class realtor. He assisted my husband and I in purchasing our first home together. He made the stressful process of buying a short-sale home seamless, and I felt he "had our back" when dealing with the sellers agent. He collaborated with our bank, the appraiser, the inspector, and the seller's agent, so our interaction with them was minimal.
