The Landlord Calls The Shots!

And Makes A Lot Money Too…

Eric Miller is a co-worker at a local RV company and he approached me one day telling me his Landlord decided he was going to stop renting their small house. Neither Eric nor his wife Amanda have ever owned a home and didn’t know the first thing about the process. 

So right away we sat down and went over what type of home they were looking for and started our search for their new home. Oh, did I mention they also had their first baby on the way? They were under a lot of stress with both things happening at the same time. 

Eric and Amanda were very comfortable working with me because, they knew me and that I would be honest with them, up front and we would have fun.  Knowing the process and what to expect took a lot of the stress away.

The first thing everyone should know when looking for their dream home is, they will feel it when they walk in the front door.  We may have to look at a whole lot of homes before they find it and we may find it right away! Don’t give up, it is out there...
