Almost 40 years of selling real estate in Thurston County has taken me down many roads, in fact way too many to remember. But all I have to do is turn a corner and there is a house or a property that I remember listing or selling in the past. 

But times are changing. What used to be a one page document is now 20 pages or more. And that is just the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Keeping up with the changes is a constant adventure and I have learned so much and I am learning more every day or so it seems. 

But I have taken those experiences and adventures to improve myself so that I am always on top of the new issues and changes in my industry. I use them to make sure that you as my client has the best experience that they could have in their real estate sale or purchase.
