I have had over 8 years of new construction experience before becoming an agent. I trained Sales Managers on the negotiating process which makes me a strong agent for my buyers and sellers. I have now started a team with a buyers agent. I still go out with buyers and sellers. My listings are in Northville, Ann Arbor, Dexter. It is great to have the experience I have had to KNOW these areas. Buyers today aren't always stuck on 1 location but want an agent with a broader knowledge.
