I have been a Certified Residential Home Inspector since 1997. My wife and I took a gamble and decided to "go for it" when the Home Inspection business was in it's infancy. Since then I've seen allot of Inspectors come and go and here I am still climbing ladders and going into crwalspaces.

I have a laptop and a portable printer, your report is processed at the end of the Inspection. It can be printed, emailed or put on cd - whatever your preference is.

You won't find any of my advertising in the Realtor offices, my clients are made by personal referral. I don't do anything but Home Inspections, with me there is no hype of false promises. I have found that the more subjects of expertise an Inspector claims the less they actually know about the systems and structure of a home. I am not a frachise - I have actually hammered nails, built, renovated and contracted homes.
