Certifications
We have two main area's of expertise. First commercial financing is what we have been doing for several years, and we do it well. If you have a nice cookie-cutter deal that any bank would be happy to look have, we will usually beat it hands down. In turn, if you can't find financing anywhere, we have relationships with private investors and hegde funds that will lend on some very tough situations.
Our second area is becoming assisting investors in finding "off market" properties that sell for much under the actual appraised value of the property. In this respect, we can provide investors a smooth process through all aspects of their real estate transaction.
