Jackie and her husband Carlos were married in 1988.  Carlos is a Professional Engineer (structural) and President of Woodland Lumber Company, Inc.   They came to Sandpoint in 1999 from Wilmington, North Carolina.  Their beloved dog Chica is from the Panhandle Animal Shelter.
