I am passionate about seeing people live the American Dream. Your American Dream. As my clients say, I'm committed to seeing them live THEIR dreams. I know that, when individuals gain this knowledge, it can allow them time and money freedom that will allow them to do what is important to them. I had the privilege of staying home with my children for 8 years; I spent time with people I loved; volunteered in my community, at school, Girl Scouts, church and community wide; and travelled. What sets me apart from other Realtors is my diverse experience and that I'm a Certified Wealth Academy Advisor. I'm an investor, with 6 years of college and 2+ years of real estate investor education. My undergraduate is in Accounting and I have a Master's in Management from USC. And that education NEVER paid me what the real estate investor education has paid me.

I mentor individuals in learning strategies and taking action in real estate investing. I work with Strongbrook Direct as the National Arm of our Real Estate Business..They have a proven, systemitized program that focuses on cashflow and wealth creation
I love working short sales; I actually enjoy the negotiations with the bank, and my background as a life coach allows me to keep the sellers comfortable. I've had several Realtors allow me to assist them in their negotiations; then they had a fully negotiated short sale that they could double end.
I currently have some cashflowing Illinois properties with an entire team in place.
I'm rapidly moving into multi-families; apartment buildings for long term wealth creation.
