I was born and raised in southwest Indiana and know the area well!  I enjoy working with people and don't consider this "sales" but a service that I provide.  I have been in the business for over six years now and have had multiple return clients.  My clients are very good at referring me to their family and friends. 

 I enjoy working with first time homebuyers and investors, two totally different types in the spectrum of buyers!  I do a first time homebuyers seminar on the second Tuesday of the month in our office converence room.  I provide information that will help buyers with the whole process.  Local lenders, title companies, etc. have all jumped at the chance to get information out to potential clients and it seems to be catching on! Recently, I was speaking with the daughter of an old family friend who was beginning her search for a new home.  She was asking me several questions about what she needed to do first.  She made the comment, "I wish there was a class to learn all this!"  I told her that there was...and I was the teacher!  We just closed on her first home!

I have worked with buyer's on several HUD properties and have become very familiar with their system.
