We were bidding against another buyer and she wrote a letter to the seller as to how much this purchase meant to me. The sellers sold me their condo based on that letter. I then decided to purchase a larger home in the village...once again she was stellar during the negotiations. Love the new home. In her representation as I sold the condo she had her assistant further stage the home....surprisingly it was sold during the winter season while 9 other condos in that community were also on the market....did not expect to have an activity until the spring. During the inspection a few items were identified that the new buyers wanted to have fixed. She managed all of the repairs for me. I cannot give her enough praise! |
