| I had a list of agents to call on a particular Sunday. I said in my mind that the person who answered would be the agent with whom I would work. Frank answered. He made a promise that we would get a house and he worked tirelessly to make his promise come to fruition. Ours was a difficult situation, but he remained hopeful and worked until his promise was met. He is unflappable and when frustration ran high, he fought through. The service he gave was great!
