Because I have personally bought and sold ten homes, I felt that I could relate to people beginning the process themselves. To this end, I have obtained several key designations that give me the tools to expedite the search and sale.  The Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Leadership Training Institute (LTG) and the courses required to renew the license have all given me the knowledge needed to keep up-to-date with the changes happening in the industry.
