About me: Born in Oregon and raised in Alaska, and I love all kinds of weather. After college I spent a stint traveling in the armed services, both as an enlisted soldier and as an officer. American Acceptance Mortgage has been active in the Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama residential mortgage market for almost 2 decades. We deal with all types of clients from all walks of life. Residentially, FHA has been one of our strongest suits from the inception of American Acceptance Mortgage. We also handle VA, Rural Development (USDA), THDA, and other government programs. Looking for grant programs? They exist! Qualifications can vary wildly from area to area, depending on property type, income etc. Chances are good that there is money available to help purchasers afford a home.
Manufactured Homes, both on and off a permanent foundation can be almost impossible to finance for some mortgage brokers. We can do it. Lease hold property is acceptable as well. Do you have a home with a lot of potential that just needs a little TLC? We offer Rehabilitation financing for both owner occupied and investment real estate. We also finance the undeveloped land that so many people want to purchase. Along with the undeveloped land or lot purchase, we also offer construction-permanent financing.
