Conforming:  I offer the full range of conforming loans from Fannie and Freddie, conventional fixed, ARM's, and balloons.  I can close these anywhere in Ohio and 41 other states.  I am typically  very aggressively priced on these and, with in-house underwriting, can close them very quickly.

 FHA/VA/USDA:  I offer the standard FHA, USDA and VA loans but do not offer their rehab products. 

OHFA and TRUE grant programs: up to 5% grant on conforming or government loans, the TRUE grant never needs repaid.

Portfolio: I have THE BEST products in the state on Non-Warrantable and Warrantable condos.  My first time buyer program with 5% down and no MI is an amazing 30 year fixed rate loan.

Construction: fixed and ARM options available, even on JUMBO loan sizes.

Equity - we have fixed rate equity lines as well as prime based variable, 90% on primary homes, 65% on investment properties.
