Back in PA. I just hit number 10 in our company out of 65 agents. I must be doing something right. I have assisted many families aquire their dream of homeownership in this area and I have served many clients in helping them sell their current home and then in turn help them invest in a new house that they will make their home.I believe in doing what is best for your client. I go above and beyond many other agents in my area. What I mean by that is that I help them aquire homeowners insurance, help them transfer the utilities into their name and I even go and meet the gas company at my clients new home so there is someone to let the gas company in to turn on their gas. I recently obtained my SRS designation and will be getting my ABR designation by the end of October 2007. My education does not end. I will be attending a real estate conference furthering my education in Atlantic City N.J. Dec.3,4,5 & 6th again this year.

Certifications
I also have my GRI and CDPE designations now. The GRI is the Graduate Realtor Institute and the CDPE is Certified Distresses Property Expert to help people sell their house prior to being foreclosed on as a short sale. I am fully certified and here to help anyone that asks for it. I can help you avoid the foreclosure process.
I absolutely LOVE what I do and there are not to many people in life that can say this or even feel this way. I have a passion for what I do. It is an incredible feeling and a tremendous obligation to have an individual and/or family entrust you with what ends up being most of their largest investment of their lives. I have earned designations as an SRS (Sellers Rep. Specialist) ABR (Acreddited Buyers Rep) and most recently my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) which I am most proud of. Whenever I am involved with the senior clientel I mean the mature clientel I always try to envision my grandmother the most but my grandparents as well. I know that it takes a certain type of individual to serve their needs and not take them for granted so that they never feel violated. Which for seniors I have found out happens all to easy and it happens far to often. Please don't get me started. I am touchy about that topic. I will save it for another time and a blog so everyone will have a chance to give me their feedback.
