After researching the different Coldwell Banker offices (an International Company) in the Kitsap & Pierce locations I decided Coldwell Banker BAIN, David Bastians office, would be the smart choice- the wrong office & Broker can be detrimental to ones real estate career, as I have learned, first hand, from previous offices.  My GREEN Instructor told me the Realtor's who work under David Bastian are always speaking highly of him as a Broker- in real estate, that is HUGE.
