I am a natve of Longmont, and a second-time-around REALTOR(R). I was first licensed from 1976 till 1978 and sold in Lakewood and Longmont.
I have sold industrial maintenance supplies for the last 30 years around the northern Colorado front range. That has given me both an intense knowledge of the geography of the area, and a deep appreciation for the people who make up our great state.
I am also privileged to be an Amateur Extra Class radio operator, affording me opportunities to meet the widest cross sections of folks both locally and around the world. I currently serve as the President of the Longmont Amateur Radio Club (LARC). I also serve as a Volunteer Examiner, and am VE Liason for LARC's ARRL acredited VE team. Additionally I am the Trustee for W0ENO, LARC's club station, and chair the technical committee.
One of my goals is to assist amateur radio operators in finding and marketing properties where covenants and conditions favorable to amateur radio operation exist, to foster a better understanding of the hobby to the public and public officials, and to promote laws and ordinances which are more user freindly to "hams".
Another goal is to be a knowledgeable friendly face to folks who perhaps are new to real estate trasactions or who have been "away" for a while.
