Greg became immersed in the inner workings of residential real estate brokerages from his start at a small firm in Brookline, MA. Working side by side with one of the firm's owners, he was exposed from the beginning to the elements that build a successful firm and the obstacles that trip them up.
After transitioning into a regional Operations Manager role with one of the Top 10 brokerages in the US, Greg was directly tied to over 1200 transactions and over $500,000,000 in total sales all while maintaining the day to day operations of two large sales offices.
Today Greg uses the skills acquired from those very different experiences to coach, mentor and develop not only those new to the business, but to refine and grow the skills of the area's most successful agents.
