Elevated photography is similar to aerial photography but done with a 50 foot tall portable mast (a "big tripod") and remote controlled camera equipment.  The photos are eye-catching, have a tremendous impact, and are well suited for real estate, advertising, brochures and other commercial photography.  The view from a few stories up is much more appealing, and does a far better job portraying the size, layout and overall beauty of a location than standing on the ground.
