We use a web based transaction system called TR LIVE , that allow our Agents, clients, lenders, escrow and other Realtors to view their transaction from any computer. This integrated technology platform allows us to use our online electronic signature system called Smart Signatures to facilitate transactions in a fast, secure and enviromentally friendly way.
