Practiced Commercial Real Estate since 1976, third generation of commercial developer family run business, Taken the former truck shops and redeveloped into strip retail, industrial parks, business parks, on behalf of family run and longstanding brokerage clients. With many clients we have been able to initially place a location and follow the growth to ultimately develop and or sell those clients larger facilities as they have grown and matured over the years.
As both a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Membert) and an SIOR (Member of Society of Industrial/Office Realtors - Office Specialist), it has provided both the education as well as the on the job experience to fully intergrate the numbers of analysis and development with the various clients and financial needs of the marketplace. Whether site selection, development, disposition, valuation consulting or negotiation postures, many of my clients have included bankers, attorneys, accountants, engineers, architects, medical professionals, as well as other brokers.
