I am very familiar with the Smithtown area, and would love to help you with your real estate needs. Having owned two businesses prior to my real estate career I have learned the value in providing great customer service.
I was born and raised on Long Island, and have lived in Smithtown for ten years. If you are new to the area I would be more than happy to speak with you about all the great things the area has to offer. I graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor of economics and am near completing a master's degree from Long Island University. I am very involved in the community and public service. My family instilled the belief in me that it is important to give back to the community we live in.

I have worked with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. Recently, I have also had several buyers that where specifically searching for foreclosures or short sales, with the intent of flipping the homes. These types of homes can present much different challenges than traditional homes. Often, there are issues with the condition of the home, challenges with financing, and negotiating the purchase. I have learned a great deal about both along the way and have presented several offers for both types of homes.
