Daily Management Program - Del Val management programs involve collecting rent, paying bills and bookkeeping services, year-end tax and financial records, handling tenant calls and complaints, working through any tenant disputes, coordinating and performing maintenance, ensuring you comply with city rules and regulations, move-in and move-out inspections, and more... 

Maintenance Program - Del Val offers several different maintenance options, including using our in-house maintenance staff and/or outside vendors. In some cases, owners can perform maintenance or work with their contractors. We can discuss which option best fits your needs.

Owner Benefits Program – One of the many benefits that Del Val offers our clients is our Owner Benefits Program ("OBP"). The OBP offers financial protections, including Rent Advance, where you can get up to 12 months of rent in advance, two months of rent protection if your tenant stops paying rent, $1,000 in eviction protection, and $1,000 in pet damage protection. All this including in your monthly fee!

Monthly Agreement - Del Val does NOT lock you into a one-year contract - our agreement is monthly and allows you to terminate anytime with a 30-day notice and no termination fees or penalties. You are not committed to a full year.

12-Month Lease Guarantee – Del Val will guarantee that if any tenant we place in your property leaves during the first 12 months, we will market and find a new tenant at no cost!

Rent Collection Systems – Del Val uses aggressive rent collection strategies, which include email reminders, certified letters, and phone calls. If there are no payments, ultimately, we take the tenant(s) to court. Tenants have two options – pay rent or be removed from the property!
