I have been focusing on my real estate career for 19 years with a large client base and good working knowledge of several southern Middle Tennessee cities and communities. My experience varies through many angles of the real estate spectrum. My experience includes farming, appraisal report writing, buyer and seller representation, land development and construction. I thoroughly enjoy my career choice and take much pride in it. I farm on a part-time basis with my wife and 5 children. We have a "work office" on our farm to enable our productivity. Other offices are located in Columbia and Spring Hill. We are actively pursuing higher education and offer better ways to serve our clients. We are known as the "Home Land Team" and offer our clients the "team" experience with sufficient staff to accomodate the most complicated challenges in the real estate industry. I personally have over 500 classroom hours in related education to the many aspects of my career and am currently focusing on earning the Association of Realtors ALC designation. (Land Brokerage) I also am in the process of earning my IMSD in efforts of implementing the "best of the best" in internet marketing for my clients. | Brady made our experience from start to finish a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He also helped us sell a house at the same time. He had completely researched the market in our area and got us the best price possible. He also had excellent contacts for loans, which allowed us to secure a loan very quickly. With Brady and his staff's help we were able to sell a house and buy a house within days of each other and move from one to the other without having to rent or store our belongings. | My property in middle Tennessee went on the market just as the real estate market crashed in 2008. Four years later it was still on the market, despite the efforts of two different Realtors in the area. By then I'd moved to Florida so the house was sitting empty and no one was even looking at it. Then I got a letter of introduction from Brady Saunders and everything changed. I never met Brady in person, all of our conversations were by phone or email, but he convinced me that he could sell my property. And he did. It didn't happen overnight but Brady worked harder than any Realtor I've ever known, putting untold country miles on his car and spending countless hours on the phone with me as he updated me about showings, prospects, strategy. Where the other Realtors had used print publications, Brady was more innovative and used social media extensively. He was highly ethical, highly motivated, and accessible. He knew the area, the people who lived there and he was genuinely like able. I always felt Brady was looking out for my best interest and his assistant, Brenda, was no different. The greatest compliment I can give Brady is that I wish I'd signed with him sooner. |

| We truly enjoyed our experience with Brady & Mrs. Brenda his right arm lol. Not only did he help us sell our home, he also helped us with a rental home of his which we enjoyed while we were choosing our future retirement home. Which much efforts from both we chose a home that was in foreclosure & in the end were successful with patience & diligence by both Brady & Brenda. They helped us trem. on issues that arose during the sell of our home & ref. even a place that could help us with our renovation loan on our new home in the end. We adore our home though still under renovations, but adore every aspect so far & know that it in the end will be just what we wanted for our retirement home all thanks to Brady & Mrs. Brenda!! :) |
