I boast I am a native San Diegan.  San Diego has grown over the years, since I was a little girl, but somehow, I have been able to keep up with most of the areas. At least the areas that are sought after the most, and some not.  I know how it feels to be a buyer in the real estate market.  I've been a buyer numerous times.  I negotiated the best deals and asked for what I wanted, you can never get what you want unless you ask for it.  I do the same for my buyers. Of course it has to be realistic.   As a listing agent, I want the highest price I can get for my sellers.  I know how it feels to be a seller as I was a seller numerous times also.  I am a one on one agent meaning I do all the communicating with my clients and answer my phone calls and messages quickly as possible.  I love helping people get thier dream house, or an investor getting the investment of thier dreams.  Each escrow is different and a challenge to close.  Its fun and exciting, especially the day of closing!
