Certifications

Years ago, I threw out my title of Loan Officer in favor of Professional Mortgage Advisor. It isn't hard to complete a loan application, and it's usually not difficult to find a bank willing to lend money to a qualified borrower. There are thousands of loan officers in New Hampshire alone that can perform those tasks.

At heart, I'm an educator. I love working with first time buyers, and helping them to stay on the road as they wind their way through a real estate transaction. I love working with people with bruised credit, and showing them how to grow beyond past challenges and into a new, healthy financial lifestyle. 

But mostly, I love knowing all the twists and secrets of hundreds of loan programs, so that I can structure a tricky deal that a Loan Officer might look to close the easy - but expensive - way, into the best possible loan program for the client today, and make them feel comfortable that the loan they are taking really is the very best set of options for their financial needs. And since I strive to work with clients over their lifetime, they know that I will keep working with them to make sure the they are in the best loan for years to come.

My very most favorite clients - home sellers with what other banks call troubled credit. These are the people who I can bring the most value too, by helping them with minor adjustments to get them approved for a better loan than other companies will commit to. In so doing, I don't just create clients for life, but friends as well.
