Career Objectives are to shift my focus from a successful 21-year career in real estate sales production, to one of assisting a growing company with business development ideas, and procurement and development of new growth opportunities.   I recently finished my ePro Designation and have an active Brokers license held in the company named here.  I am presently employed by two very dynamic and diverse employers.  You can read about them below. Career Summary      I have demonstrated strong problem solving abilities both in my sales capacity and in volunteerism to our industry and my community.    Staying focused and seeing difficult tasks through to their final resolution is another strength I possess.     I have attained name recognition throughout the state due to years of commitment in giving back to our industry through G.A.R., and being a G.R.I. Governor.  I feel that I am respected by other leaders-within our company, by co-op agents, committee members and industry professionals.   I wish to continue in a leadership, and a problem-solving role.       In my career of listing and selling real estate in Cobb, North Fulton, Cherokee, Bartow, and Paulding counties, both in new homes and resale properties, I’ve been known as “ The Caring Professional”.     I also spent close to 2 years as Assistant Associate Broker, under Ceci Osburn, in the same office in which I practiced as Sales associate, and was very well received by the agents in my office, and trusted to have answers to their problems, or know where to find the answers. Experience:         Leaving the medical field in May of 1985, I began my sales career in East Cobb County.   I had my first closing three months after I finished Royer’s quick start program.   I have consistently produced two to four million dollars in gross volume yearly.   I moved my business from Royer Realty to RE/MAX Northwest in 1987, with the belief that I wanted to settle into a growing company with a broker I could respect.   I am fiercely loyal, and I believe your clients should know where you are from year to year.   This philosophy has paid off with a steady growth of my business each year.   I achieved the Phoenix status in Million Dollar Club production in 1998 as well as entering the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2000.   (The Hall of Fame is a select group of Realtors having made $1,000,000. in income in the RE/MAX system)

(My former software of choice was Top Producer)  I am doing research on web development, and e-mail drip campaigns. I received my e-Pro designation in June!   I also hold down a second job, with Dr George A Colburn, who has produced such documentaries as "The Eisenhower Legacy" and "The Navajo Code Talkers" .  We are in production on two more at this time: "They Made America-Making It New" with Sir Harold Evans, and "Tomorrow's America"  the subject being Immigration.  Fascinating work!  (You might want to check out those websites also)
