I am the broker/owner of the company. The company's mission is to help educate buyers and sellers about the transaction process, in order to inspire them to be accontable for the decisions that only they can make. Because our industry constantly changes, I believe continuing education is the key to any successful licensee. Any licensee that does not continuously educate themselves beyond what is required, is slowly, but surely, going out of business.
I have obtained the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and CSR (Certified Seller's Representative) designations. I consistently seek to be as thorough and detailed as possible.
I am licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina. I service Augusta, Hephzibah, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown and North Augusta areas.
I believe in using real estate to create wealth. I personally purchase and sell real estate as well. I have found it to be very beneficial long term. I am not a proponent of flipping. I believe patience produces the best benefits. I offer a first time inverstors course that includes a full worksheet to help clients decide if a property will be beneficial to their personal goals. This course is well worth your time and my effort. It's a definate win-win. I have several real estate designations. I have the coveted GRI, CRS, ABR, SRS, and more.
