In buyer transactions, these affiliations give Terrabella associates a means to connect with foreign buyers immigrating to the U.S., and foreign investors who are interested in owning property in the South Florida marketplace. With seller transactions, these affiliations give associates greater access to foreign markets when they have a listing that they'd like advertised overseas.

The Investor's Edge
Terrabella Realty recognizes real estate professionals as the indispensable foundation of our company and its philosophy. As such, Terrabella Realty recognizes the value in giving productive associates more freedom to conduct their personal real estate transactions.
Terrabella allows associates to take up to 100% of the commission on the purchase and/or sale of their primary residence and up to 90% of the commission on the purchase and/or sale of any personal investment properties, as long as the associate has reached a company share level of $25,000.* These higher splits are available no matter what compensation plan an associate chooses or how long they've been with the company. This financial edge is simply Terrabella's way of saying, "Thank you."
