Program Director with IBM Real Estate Division. Responsible for site selection, financial justification of project, lease negotiation, full management of project design and construction. Leased, and managed design and construction of 12 million + square feet of office space in New England, New York City (5 Boroughs), New York State (including Westchester County headquarters facilities), Connecticut and New Jersey (including Fairfield and Bergen County headquarters facilities), Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Caribbean facilities.
After retirement from IBM Joined NYC Design Firm as Principal, and successfully developed a marketing effort for design/build projects.
Joined Coldwell Banker in 2001, and have received numerous awards including: Rookie of the year, Multi, Maxi, and Diamond level sales achievement.
I specialize several aspects of the real estate market, ranging from High End Waterfront and View properties to First Time Homeowner needs.
My experience 2001 has allowed me to perform well in a variety of markets ranging from very active to constrained.
Areas of influence are: Meredith, Center Harbor, Moultonborough, Laconia, Gilford, Alton, Holderness and Sandwich, although I will service any real estate need in and around the lakes Region.
