I taught elementary and middle school students for 33+ years in the Eugene 4J School District before transitioning to my second love - residential real estate. Since then I have helped to successfully guide many buyers and sellers through their residential transactions. I guess that I still teach, only now the subject is real estate!
I am married and my children are all grown up! In my spare time I travel and sing in a Barber Shoppe Quartet "Social Insecurity".

| Gary was able to clearly explain all the real estate paperwork to me, and he guided me through the negotiations. He was very timely and helpful. He also told me to get things done on our home before we listed it. He gave us great referrals of vendors. I am so glad we got that done! Gary is very knowledgeable and friendly.
