According to Realtor.org statistics (October 2010), over 90% of potential buyers used the internet in their home search.  That's more than even "agent" as an information source (87%).  Of those who used the internet, 77% drove by/Viewed a home and 61% walked through a home. FSBO owners are less likely to use the internet to sell and they present a, so far, untapped market.  Only 51% use an internet listing and 44% still rely on a yard sign only.  The internet is the future of real estate sales.  Simple listings with a few pictures simply will not make a listing stand out, especially in a market that is saturated with homes for sale and deals on every corner. 

Pictures are the past, photo montages and 360deg tours are the present and I believe that video tours are the future.  Actual video walk-throughs of homes will make a home stand out.  It allows the potential buyer (who we know is viewing the home on the internet first) to feel like that KNOW they want to see the house because they've essentially already walked through it.  They have a feel for the layout and have seen every area of the home.
