I have been working as a full time Realtor for 8 years. I passed my Real Estate Brokers exam in March of 2008. I am an active member of the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors, & NAR (National Association of Realtors). I am a former member of MAR (Minneapolis Association of Realtors). To date, I have worked almost exclusively with buyers for single family up to 4 plex properties. I excel at contract negotiations & have strong market knowledge. I have been training a licensed assistant, Rachel Nelson, for over a year now & she is ready to work hard doing listings with me. She has an associates degree as an office assistant as well as her Real Estate license. I have an old fashioned work ethic coupled with being tech savvy. You get the best of both worlds with me.
