During his service to our country he received five Air Force Commendation Medals, three Meritorious Service Medals and the Bronze Star for his service during Operation Desert Storm. In 1982 he was named one of the Most Outstanding Young Men in America. After retiring from the Air Force in 1991, he was a consultant for a DOD contractor working with several space surveillance systems and heavy launch vehicles. He has taught business and management classes for several Universities in the US and United Kingdom. He is the past president of two publicly traded companies and previously owned a retail franchise. In 2003, Frank became involved as the Operations Director of a web-based software company and is still a significant contributor to that company. In 2003, Frank partnered with his wife, Lisa Scivally, to enter into the profession of business brokering on a full time basis. In April, 2004, they affiliated with Business Brokers Network. Their company, The Dove Group, LLC, was based in Tucson, Arizona. As owners of The Dove Group, they were in charge of all aspects of business brokerage services for the company. In the spring of 2007, Frank and Lisa joined Murphy Business & Financial Corporation to expand the company's operation across the United States, to establish the Southwest Regional Office, and to provide professional brokerage services to business clients in the State of Arizona.
