Our office has 4 real estate brokers. 2 with over 20 years experiences specifically in forest hills. 2 with 10 years experience in Forest Hills. We probably work pretty hard considering we are pretty much 8am-10pm(midnight most of the time) 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our website gets 100-400 unique visitors daily. 300-600+ visitors daily. We have been having just under 60,000 page views monthly. We have pretty big advertising budget also for newspapers, real estate brochures/magazines. 

We get repeat customers from 20 years ago, we get customers' kids who now grown up and become our customers. I don't know, we try our best is all.
