Born and raised in the Midwest, I learned early the importance of hard work and follow through. That upbringing has helped me give real service to my clients; determination and integrity.

After attending the Columbus College of Art and Design, I contin-ued westward finally reaching Seattle in 1998. My artistic pursuit and strong work ethic, lead me towards the restaurant industry where I met my wife of ten years. Together we raised Daily and eventually started our own business in 2004. Just Inc., a delivery business that has grown over the years and now delivers over 12,000 packages a week and caters to multi-million dollar clients in Kirkland, Woodinville, Kenmore and Bothell. With this massive yet personalized network as a platform I started my real estate career in 2009. I learned quickly that although markets, styles, lender guidelines and supply and demand graphics change over the years, finding HOME is all that matters when my clients are buying or selling.

My wife and I are grateful to now live on a small farm in Fall City, where we raise dairy goats and chickens. We also tend to our orchard, gardens and are (very) amateur Apiarists. Tina is an organic food-sourcer for a local restaurant group, professional jam maker and graduate of Bastyr with a degree in Culinary and Nutrition. I am a serious food nerd with a passion for modern architecture, small business and negotiating the absolute best deal for my clients.
