Over 30 years as an accountant and financial advisor I found the need to help people with the acquisition and disposition of real estate. I do this by using my financial background to differentiate properties by providing a TCO Analysis - Total Cost of Ownership. I also provide consulting to fellow real estate profesionals on how to maximize property management revenues and client satisfaction. I see myself more of an advisor than salesperson.
