Euphemia and Sherman Weekes met in Trinidad as undergraduates at the University of the West Indies. We are both from the Caribbean: Euphemia is from Grenada and Sherman is from Montserrat. Our marriage of 32 years has produced three children who are all professionals and live away from home. Our daughter lives in London, our eldest son lives in New Jersey and our youngest son works in San Francisco. Despite the distances apart, we are able to maintain daily contact and get together as a family at least once per year. Thanks to social media and internet communication.

Prior to moving to Arizona, Sherman worked as an Agricultural Research and Development Scientist in the Caribbean for 20 years, while Euphemia worked as a Development Economist.

After we moved to Arizona 14 years ago Sherman diverted and spent some time working in business development in the auto industry and as a Director of Internet Sales, while Euphemia engaged in Real Estate Sales. We later teamed up with partners to open a Century 21 Franchise in Tempe, Arizona. Realizing that many of our clients were first time investors needing guidance to grow their real estate investment portfolio, we decided to provide a more personalize service. This gave birth to Crest Premier Properties in 2006. Crest Premier Properties now manages numerous properties for investors throughout Metro Phoenix and the City of Maricopa. We bring a personal, caring and considerate touch to Real Estate Sales and Property Management. Our Clients credit us for helping them grow their investment portfolio and we have one of the highest owner retention rate.

Having lived in the Caribbean and England and our numerous international travel we bring a unique experience to our clients. We both take pleasure in serving our clients and our greatest joy is to witness the growth of individuals from their initial investment or to helpanother family settle in the valley.

To be successful at our jobs and provide the best quality service to our clients we have membership in a number of organizations. We are Realtors and Members of the National Association of Realtors and mEmbers of the South East Valley Association of Realtors (SEVRAR), the NAtional Association of Residential Property Mangers (NARPM), Better Busines Bureau, Maricopa Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association. We also volunteer in many community activities organized through our extended church family.

When not at work we spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, gardening and volunteering. We are members of the Mesa East Valey Rose Society and Desert Valley Orchid Society. These activities provide us with the opportunity to interact with people who like to grow plants. Today we have become very knowledgeable in teh art of gardening in the Deser, not only flowers but also fresh vegetables. We are passionate about gardening and we spend lots of time woth friends in that area. Our home garden has inspired many families to begin growing their ownvegetables and Sherman volunteers to help families get their gardens started. We regularly hike the South Mountain Park in Phoenix and were adventurous enough to trek to the bottom of  the Grand Canyon and return to the top in the same day.
