My previous career in the banking industry has provided me with a thorough understanding of financing as it applies today. This knowledge is priceless to potential buyers and sellers with whom I work. I have labored alongside of skilled carpenters to learn the construction phase of real estate. I have custom designed and supervised the building of my own home at Tanglewood Estates in Franklin with this invaluable knowledge. 

My comprehensive understanding of new construction has allowed me to assist potential new home buyers with their designs and selection of materials for their new homes. Detailed information was plentiful from me for those clients.
