I came from the world of retail, entering the family business in 2009.  In retail, it was said you could have it fast, you could have it cheap, or you could have it done right—pick any two.  I realized that a Title Company could offer all three and we've modeled our company so that we can produce commitments faster and save sellers and buyers money with our non-aggressive fee structure; all while keeping up the high standards that were started by my grandfather in 1930.
