I have been licensed since 2002. I was Rookie of the Year 2003 for the Medina County Board of Realtors. I was also asked to represent the Medina County Board as Tomorrows Leader Today at the Ohio Association of Realtors Convention in 2004. From that point on I became extremely active in my local board and at the state level. I have worked my way through the chairs of the Medina County Board of Realtors and I am now officially the Past President for 2008. My committment to my profession doesn't stop there. I was appointed to serve on the Issues Mobilization Committee for the Ohio Association of Realtors for the next two years and I look forward to remaining active. This past year (2008) I served on the Generational Diversity Task Force for the Ohio Association of Realtors. I also became a Certified Negotiating Expert in 2008. This is a new designation and I encourage all realtors to consider this designation. With the challenges we face in our market the CNE designation might help get you through some of those more challenging contracts. I support and participate with RPAC, Realtors Political Action Committee and I attend all the Legislative Conferences in Columbus. In addition, I also attend all OAR meetings that are held three times per year. I enjoy the continuing education that is offered at these meetings and I truly enjoy meeting many of my peers. I have attended the National Association of Realtors Convention and I found that to be a wealth of information for our industry. Last but not least, I participated in the Habitat for Humanity "House in a Box" build that was sponsored by NAR two years ago to help victims of Alton, Louisiana after the devastation of the hurricane. That was possibly the most rewarding experience of my real estate career. Thank you for reading all about me!
