Licensed in Virginia since 2003, I have helped my clients sell and buy real estate in Northern Virginia with pleasure and success. Having first worked with an area real estate developer in the 1970's, I have seen many different real estate markets come and go. I have also experienced the changes to the Northern Virginia area in terms of the expansion of the current Metro system to include the Silver Line, which will eventually extend to Dulles Airport.  Walking scores are now a common term in my marketplace, as consumers want to be able to walk to work, recreation, and shops and become less dependent upon their cars. Interest rates are at an all-time low, making housing more affordable than ever.

This experience gives me a unique perspective and expertise to both serve and educate my clients in the sale and acquisition of real estate.  I do this with enthusiasm and a high level of integrity, honesty, and ethical real estate representation for each and every client.
